It was very windy and rainy with just one person observed walking in the distance towards the southern end of the mile.

It was very windy and rainy with just one person observed walking in the distance towards the southern end of the mile. There was so much blowing sand that the rackline was difficult to observe. Blowing white dry sand procuced beautiful patterns over the darker rain-soaked sands. A bald eagle landed on the beach towards the northern end of the mile.

From the entrance to the beach from the state park, walking north, I saw about 40 people, eight dogs, three horses, lots of washed up upside-down crabs, and several small beached jellyfish.
