Found seal pup on beach.
Report Details
Found seal pup on beach. Called local police station, and the volunteer at the desk notified the local wildlife network. As I returned from my walk, a state parks person was at the scene and an adult seal had just returned to pick up and swim off with the pup.

It was a gorgeous sunny but quite cold afternoon, with a brisk wind from the northeast blowing sand toward the surf across a wide low-tide beach.
