There has not been alot of change since my last report.

There has not been alot of change since my last report. We have had only one major rain/wind event this fall. This being so, there has been very little debris deposited on the beaches. I have taken a few photos just for comparison sake. The steep "bluff" has been filled in with the drifting sands at the Southern end of my mile.
Conditions
Temperature: 48 F. Wind Velocity: Calm/Light. Wind Direction: SE. Tide Level: 8.1 feet.
Human Activities
Number of people: 8. Number of dogs: 2. Walking or running: 4. Sitting: 2. Fishing: 2. I did not see the vehicle just the remains of the tracks.

Seaweeds and seagrass, Shells, Animal casings (e.g., crab, shrimp molt), Wood pieces, Styrofoam, Ocean-based debris (from fishing boats, ship trash, etc.).

After this week of flooding and rains, the southern end of my mile is covered in debris washed out of the rivers feeding the Tillamook Bay.

I went out in the afternoon of Earthday which was also beach clean up day.

Post 4th beach clean up is a yearly clean up I do because the public always leaves a mess behind them.
