It was a beautiful winter day and many people were out enjoying the beach.
Report Details
It was a beautiful winter day and many people were out enjoying the beach. The beach was quite clean probably a combination of the fact that the OR Parks Department had recently been on the beach cleaning up debris and the King Tide. We did see a very large piece of debris (see photo) that was about 20 feet long with 3 pieces connected together --- probably a retaining wall. We saw this piece about 1.5 miles down the beach a few weeks ago -- reminder how powerful the ocean tides are!
