Since it was a Saturday, the beach was relatively busy. Many people were walking their dogs... mostly unleashed!

Seaweeds and seagrass, Shells, Wood pieces, Land-based debris (picnics, etc.), Marine debris (plastic, styrofoam, etc. washing in from the sea), Styrofoam, Ocean-based debris (from fishing boats, ship trash, etc.). Lots of small pieces of all of these.

There was quite a lot of erosion of the cliffs and sand dunes near THE CAPES gated community.
