Nice 58 degree mild winds.  Lots of surfers out today!In the wrack line large amounts of long sea kelp along the beach, unlike last month where it was a large abount of small sea grass covering the length of the beach. Almost none of that now. Logs, if they are present, are large or buried.  No litter along entire length of mile!  Berms are nice smooth and gradual along the edges of the dunes...all in all looks great!2 beach birds found and tagged and reported to COASST.

One day after a King Tide Nice sunny day at the beach, 47 degrees and calm winds. Grass that was growing between the dunes and high zone completely gone. Normal human activities at the beach . No beached birds or mammals found.
