A delightful day on the coast. Low tide of -0.06. Large area of shell fragments seen, several groups of shore birds along with a mother harbour seal and her 3 pups by the spit. Also seen were 2 groups on horseback, 2 jeeps cruising the beach, 2 couples walking their dog, a goup of 4 camping along the spit and 1 fisherman in the Nestucca river. Moderate trash picked up.
