An unusual amount of driftwood, logs and poles of different sizes.
Report Details
An unusual amount of driftwood, logs and poles of different sizes. The old "dock" is very large (appr) 12X30 ft.and is readily seen when you walk on to the site. Appears to have floated in, not something someone brought there. No plastic, bottles or cans. Walking toward the water, the sand washed out into what appears to be a bank then gradually goes down to water line.

Cloud Cover: Partly Cloudy. Wind Velocity: Calm/Light.
Notable Wildlife
Nothing at all. Very unusual.
Driftline Content
Wood pieces. Lot of driftwood. Logs, phone poles, limbs. What appeared to be an old dock with styrofoam blocks attached. Size apro. 12X30 ft.
Natural Changes
Tons of sand washed out toward water. Leaving low places in what is normally walking areas

Significant erosion to the dune which has caused many trees of all sizes to fall to the beach and be washed northward. Of note: this same significant degree of erosion occurred for 2 1/2 miles: from the northern section of mile 254 through mile 257 at Camp Winema

Though overcast many people were enjoying their beach time including a lady from TX.
