The outlet from Daley Lake is flowing closer to the foredune. This is of concern ever since the hearing about the dune erosion and Camp Wi-Ne-Ma's responsibility 10 years ago. My dog and I were the only evidence of beach visitors as it was a cold, wintry day to be out. There were many big logs that had drifted in front of the foredune to the north of the public access.

Disturbances: Shorebirds moving in response to humans/dogs

Significant erosion to the dune which has caused many trees of all sizes to fall to the beach and be washed northward. Of note: this same significant degree of erosion occurred for 2 1/2 miles: from the northern section of mile 254 through mile 257 at Camp Winema
