I went out to observe the King Tides.
Report Details
I went out to observe the King Tides. The access point to mile 246 is on 245 and the water was coming right up to the base of the walkway. Therefore I only took pictures of 246 from mile 245 and didn't access 246 directly.
Conditions
Temperature: 42 F. Cloud Cover: Cloudy. Wind Velocity: Calm/Light. Tide Level: 7.9 feet.
Driftline Content
Drift line was not observable, since the mile was not safely accessible.

Generally, the sand and driftwood have been washed out by heavy surf, but in some areas sand has built up.

Exposed loose rock and bedrock on beach; cause assumed to be sand washed off beach due to heavy surf over previous days/weeks.
