More charred driftwood than usual along the mile. Little trash, just one drink can to be disposed of. Few people despite the beautiful weather, perhaps due to the tide being on the higher side.

Apparent violations: Uncertain if in violation but there was an inordinate amount of fire debris in the form of burnt/charred driftwood strewn about..

Total dead birds: 1. unidentifiable by me, mostly decayed

Small rocks, Seaweeds and seagrass, Animal casings (e.g., crab, shrimp molt), Wood pieces, Marine debris (plastic, styrofoam, etc. washing in from the sea).

During negative tide, observed few new/unusual species I haven't observed in the area previously including a purple sea urchin and 2 large lion's mane jellys. See pics.
