Report Details

I've attached photos of what appears to be a homeless shelter built into a cliff wall and a picture of children digging in the cliff wall. (Digging into the cliff wall seems like a bad idea to me.) I noticed a family of five harvesting shellfish off an ocean rock. I'm not sure if shellfish harvesting is permitted since Mile 244 is adjacent to Cascade Head Marine Reserve.
