Report Details
It was an unusually warm and sunny winter day, so many people were out taking advantage of chance to walk the beach without rain gear. The sand that was gone earlier in the winter seems to be coming back and there is quite a bit of litter all along the mile. There were many large logs brought in by the winter storms. One of them is about 50 feet long and has heavy steel pieces about 3 feet long bolted to it. There are 2 houses under construction and 1 extensive remodel/addition on the bluff.
