Still finding litter with Japanese writing. Found green plastic sealed 1 liter bottle with Russian writing. It was full of clear, odorless liquid.

Apparent violations: Large heap of nylon rope fishing gear near pump house at bottom of road below Ester Lee motel. Need two men and a truck to haul it away..
