Report Details

Went for an evening walk and as we approached the Nye Beach turnaround from the south, we could hear something dropping onto the beach from the turnaround. As we got closer we saw that a pickup had backed up onto the sidewalk at the south end of the turnaround and was dumping wood pallets over the railing down onto the beach. At that point I think they saw us approaching and drove away.
