Report Details

The general mood of the weather during this period has been relatively easy, soft with some harder sw wind. While May and June were wet, there weren't strong winds and only one burst of west wind coming in late April that put much debris on the beach. At the time of the survey the beach was smooth and clean with some high-beach sand deposition. Beach gradient at the northern end was about 1 foot drop for 18 feet of run. On the south end it was 1 in 18 on the high beach and 1 in 25 on the low beach.
