I started out at the KOA campground, and walked over the Alsea Bridge. It was nice to see all of the boats, people fishing and enjoying the beach! There were many pelicans and seagulls playing on the sand, and seals playing in the water. Two dogs playing on the beach. People fishing. A young man using a different way to fish than most. There was something in the water looked like it should not be. So I took a picture. You tell me.

We went as a field trip with all our 6th graders from Crestview Heights in Waldport, Oregon. We did notice an abundance of what appeared to be new driftwood.
