Beach was very normal and natural.

Beach was very normal and natural. A small amount of styrofoam (3 small pieces) was disposed of properly. There were no litter or can problems. There is more driftwood along the shore because of winter river flooding. Vegetation line looks normal.
Conditions
Temperature: 53 F. Cloud Cover: Cloudy. Wind Velocity: Calm/Light. Wind Direction: SW. Tide Level: 0.5 feet.
Human Activities
Number of people: 5. Number of dogs: 1. Walking or running: 1. Tidepooling: 3. Fishing: 11. People were walking the shoreline and going out on the rocks. No concerns.

3- sea lions, 15 sea gulls, no other sightings.
Dead Fish or Invertebrates
1 dead octopus washed up on shore, was being eaten by gulls.

Seaweeds and seagrass, Shells, Small rocks, Wood pieces.

Mile two has had a busy week with the debri washing-up from the boat that sank in the harbor .

VERY FEW CHANGES SINCE LAST WALK.

Beach was clear of all types of trash and in very good condition.

The shore showed very little change from prior walks.

The last part of mile 2 (ends at Red Point) I was able to walk because no one around to stop me when I went looking for permission to pass the NO TRESPASS signs.
