It was a foggy, misting cold weekday afternoon with virtually no wind and few people on the beach. No significant changes that I observed, except for a lot of logs and wood debris on the beach below the overlook at marker 76 at Yachats State Park. Marker 77 has not yet been replaced by the stairs at Yachats Ocean Road State Park south of the river, but the stairs are still standing (no railings though).
