A cool, windy day at the coast being enjoyed by a very large number of visitors. Low tide was 2.7 ft at 4pm approximately so high on beach and rocks at Cape Cove. Parking lots full in the afternoon. Most visitors walking on the rocks between Cooks Chasm and Cape Cove.5 adult Ochre sea stars found at Cape Cove beach
