The King tide had left a lot of debris in the picnic area.
Report Details
The King tide had left a lot of debris in the picnic area. The path to the beach has been filled in with rocks to stabilize the path and make it more safe. A few pieces of a sand dune had fallen onto the beach but nothing significant to report. There continues to be erosion of the dunes during the king tides.

Seaweeds and seagrass, Shells, Wood pieces, Marine debris (plastic, styrofoam, etc. washing in from the sea), Styrofoam. Pyrosomes, 1 jellyfish
New Development
Rocks added to path from parking lot to the sand .
Natural Changes
Visible retreat of solid bluff, Evidence of wave overtopping. A few boulders of dune had toppled down on Roosevelt nothing significant. Wave overtopping with wood debri during the king tide

The parking lot had been closed after the king tide and repairs to the path to the beach path have been done.

The entry way to Carl Washburn heading towards China Creek was very slippery with mud and by the wind sailor jellyfish.

As I entered the beach and walked toward China creek I saw a dead common murre in the wrack line.

A low tide 1 ft with some medium size rocks in ditches.

Very Little in the wrack line today on the minus tide, small feathers, micro plastic and pieces of wood.
