Picked up litter, two bags, washed in, not dropped by people on beach at this time.Very quiet, calm day with few people on the beach.

1 gull standing on beach, no other birds at all!
Beached Birds
Total dead birds: 8. 7 were Brandt's Cormorant, a couple were headless, on headless bird, larger than Cormorant, black with white tips on wings.
Driftline Content
Very clean driftline today.
Natural Changes
Erosion of vegetated foredune. Erosion at the base of the fore dune, recent high winds and seas from the Southwest.

Found and picked up big plastic containers (motor oil, soda and water) also 2 1/2 x 2 12 x3 12 ft.

There was absolutely nothing to report except for two people on the beach with a dog, a small group of gulls along the tide line.
