Mile 112 - Agate Beach, Threemile Creek, south Sacchi Beach - March 30, 2013

Warm,sunny day. Usual access to beach was more difficult due to loss of sand and the driftwood. We continue to have lighter amounts of debris as over the past 18 months. Wood pieces, land- and ocean-based debris and Styrofoam in the driftline. Major sand loss at point between Agate and Sacchi beaches. Removed many plastic water bottles, glass bottles, pop cans as well as three 1 gal. bleach bottles, a 1 gal. metal can that is starting to leak and a 1 gal. square plastic container with asphalt-like material. Six people and one dog on the beach.
