Surprisingly heavy surf, but no wind, on this gorgeous afternoon. Moderate use by humans (14) and dogs (5), with exception of two ATVs doing doughnuts at high speed. Flat beach, clean of debris. A few mussel shells, small rocks and one pile of kelp in the driftline. Gulls and cormorants on a offshore rock.
