Driftline Content

Wood pieces, Land-based debris (picnics, etc.). Small collection of trash placed at the base of entry from parking lot. Large pieces of driftwood in parking area, indicating extremely high tide activity. Beach was clean and appeared as it did in September. Could not walk north past first point due to tide.

New Development

Bluff development, Drainage pipes. Ongoing development of Bally Bandon Sheep Ranch Golf Course can be seen from north side of parking area.

Actions & Comments

Beautiful, clear, wind-free morning. Beach was clean and seemingly unchanged from September visit. Tide prohibited inspection past first point north. Three large pieces of driftwood strewn about the parking area, indicating king tide activity.
