Reporting a very dead marine mammal on the southern stretch of Mile 102, several yards north of the Madison Ave. beach access.Length about 4 feet, missing all flippers, showing several wounds and brains spreading on sand. Carcass in the high line amid the logs from the high tides. Stranding and photos will be reported.
