It was mild heading south and bracing coming back.

It was mild heading south and bracing coming back. The fog was showing signs of blowing away. One other dog walker was on our stretch. Lots of gravel, scattered sea palms. Crows galore, cormorants offshore and on the rocks, same with gulls. One pelican was perched midway up a small offshore "island"--not a common sight.

The northern half of this mile was engulfed by thick fog, but still attracted two other beach goers searching for agates.
