There were a lot of large logs and pieces of wood. As always, there were hundreds of small pieces of plastic and quite a bit of trash on the beach. Higher than normal number of dead birds washed ashore as well. On the bright side, it was a beautiful, sunny day!

Total dead birds: 12. 6 Rhino Auklets; 1 Horned Puffin; 1 Tufted Puffin; 2 Northern Fulmar; 1 Cormorant sp.; 1 unid. headless bird, 90% sure Rhino Auklet.
