The Oregon Ocean Science Trust (OOST) was established in 2013 with the mission of promoting high-quality research and monitoring of Oregon’s ocean and coastal resources to inform policy and management decisions. OOST goal is to strategically fund ocean research projects that address critical gaps in Oregon’s ocean and coastal research landscape. OOST is now conducting a survey, seeking ideas and information from members of the public who are involved with or have concerns about ocean science.

This 5-10 minute survey aims to collect essential information regarding the current state of ocean science and research in Oregon. The survey will collect responses until October 31. In addition to participating yourself, OOST asks that the invitation be passed on to others with relevant backgrounds and professions.
