Report Details

It was a beautiful, sunny day (the first in a while) but there was no one on this section of beach.  The beach had driftwood and rocks on the beachline from the tide and some seagulls and crows were observed hanging out.  Some erosion had been noticed right past Crooked Creek with the large rock formation. Saw some small concentrations of Velella.  The signs and ropes were put up for snowy plover nesting areas.  Dogs are no longer permitted past the signs or near the roped areas.
