Report Details

Curious activity: Apparent "mining" operation approx. 1/4 mi. south down the beach from the north side of Cape Blanco. Trough lodged into foredune, over small water outlet. Being tended by 2 adult males (one of whom had perched on his shoulder a white cockatoo wearing orange vest, accompanied by a basset hound). Unfortunately -- a day at this beautiful beach sans the camera . . .
