We have been consistently checking the erosion for the last two months - it continues now at a much slower pace than last month, but it's visible.

Concerns

Apparent violations: none - just taking pictures of the sunset.

Beached Birds

Total dead birds: 1. Looks like the victim of perhaps an eagle - the eagle seems to live here in the woods////1

Driftline Content

Small rocks, Seaweeds and seagrass, Shells, Wood pieces, Marine debris (plastic, styrofoam, etc. washing in from the sea), Styrofoam. Not a lot of debris - easy to collect

Natural Changes

Newly exposed roots/trees falling, Erosion of vegetated foredune, Visible retreat of solid bluff, Evidence of wave overtopping. The foredune continues to be eroded - many rocks not visible in December are fully exposed
