We saw nothing of note, just continuance of erosive factors and revelations of not-recent human efforts to hold back same. A great deal of what I think is called  "giant rhubarb" taking over on some bluffs from top edge to sand of beach.

Apparent violations: None.

Beached Birds

Total dead birds: 6. Cormorant juveniles only

Driftline Content

Small rocks, Seaweeds and seagrass, Shells, Wood pieces, Ocean-based debris (from fishing boats, ship trash, etc.). Quite clean

New Development

Nothing new in the southernmost part of mile except some new downed trees pushed over the bluff edge and old nonfunctional drainage pipe etc revealed by erosion

Natural Changes

Newly exposed roots/trees falling, Erosion of vegetated foredune.
