Report Details

We are submitting this at this time due to the crisis of sick and dying birds. The actual foam on our mile was still there but not as thick just south of us. What was most amazing was as we were picking up the birds people were stopping by in their vehicles and asking about the situation here at the coast. Few people knew about it including the two military officers blocking access north of our mile due to artillery drills from Camp Rilea.
