The only oddity on the beach today was ground fog/steam and it was sunny. It was difficult to see up ahead due to this oddity. Otherwise it was a very pleasant day and no one was abusing or littering the beach.Ah, the calm before the Fourth of July!

With a light rain and only 49 degrees, there were few on this mile. However, the beach was covered with velella velella and the beach really stunk.
