A live sea lion on the beach, approx. 1 mi. S. of Otter Point. It's in the same place and looks like the one I saw on the 23rd.The sea lion is thin. One can see it's ribs. It's lying on it's side. The healthy ones I've seen are always on their bellies.The sea lion can still lift it's head and neck when someone approaches too close. Uploading a photo.

Temperature: 65 F. Cloud Cover: Sunny. Wind Velocity: Calm/Light. Wind Direction: NW. Tide Level: 0.5 feet.
Human Activities
None. I was the only one on the beach.
