many birds from Eagle Rock on shore; many insects on the beach, probably because of the warm temperatures.

parts of 2 dead birds on the beach, but the bald eagles had been active, too, so perhaps that's the cause

Total stranded mammals: 2. I'm not expert at identifying marine mammals, but Mike Manzulli was on the beach and guessed it was a dead Harbor porpoise.
