Dune modification/removal, Sand removal, New riprap or shoreline protection structures. 211 S Pacific Ave, Rockaway Bch. (Dang house) Rip rap installed Spring 2019. Hot tub installed on dune thereafter. Severe Dune erosion due to human traffic at 211 S Pacific Ave.
Actions & Comments
City of Rockaway Beach is currently in litigation with Mr. Dang regarding building permit etc...

According to tide tables, tide should have been well under 6’, but tide seemed much higher and earlier than tide table.
