Mile 29 Report
Rogue River North Jetty, Wedderburn, Knox Rock
April 12, 2013
Not much to report on this beach survey.
Report Details
Not much to report on this beach survey. It was surprisingly clean, and I tried very hard to look for litter. I managed to find a little bit of micro trash, but that is all. I didn't see any signs of people having driven on the beach as of late. The best part about the day was watching the osprey flying around the blue skies with his fresh catch of lamprey - yum!It was a cold, blustery day but the sweet sunshine made it delightful. I also found an agate!

Actions & Comments
I have been trying to document the erosion on this beach, but it is extremely slow. I have lived here for 8 years, and it hasn't changes much since then...only in a few spots. This is the dune in front of the sewer treatment plant settling ponds.
