Some of the trees were damaged. Lighthouse was closed. I saw some Horned Puffins (2 pairs), 3 pairs of Common Murres, many Western Gulls and Mew Gulls. There was also Pelagic Cormonant and Double Crested Cormonants. I did not see any stranded animals.

Temperature: 53 F. Cloud Cover: Sunny. Wind Velocity: Calm/Light. Wind Direction: NW. Tide Level: 5.8 feet.

The whole state park was in the fog.

There were a lot of visitors from all over the USA and Canada, enjoying the park, interested in how the Oregon coast was doing after the bad wind storms earlier this year.

The park appeared to be in good shape, the visitors were hiking and staying on the trails.
