Graffiti inside Maxwell point tunnel. Contacted Netarts Bay WEBS and Oregon State Parks. Received this response from The Oregon State Park ranger. "Thanks for the pictures, I’ve passed it up the ladder to get a decision on how to move forward. Sad to see such disregard of our recreation areas."
