Walked from Cape Lookout Day use area to the end of Netarts Spit.
Report Details
Walked from Cape Lookout Day use area to the end of Netarts Spit. Found some plastic floats with writing that looks like Vietnamese words, although in English alphabet. It's hard to read, but it says "Vinh Pho" and "Dong Ifn" I think.
