Number of people: 4. Walking or running: 2. Sitting: 2. Cars up bluffs! Four separate tracks of cars driving up 15-20 feet over rocks and up the bank, leaving ruts and debris.

Erosion of vegetated foredune, Major cracks appearing in bluffs, Newly exposed roots/trees falling, Evidence of wave overtopping, Visible retreat of solid bluff, Landslides/major boulder falls. People sawing off roots for bonfires.
Actions & Comments
This bank is eroding markedly, in any event, but to have it vandalized by joyriders gunning their vehicles up its slopes is reprehensible. South side of rock outcropping between TDM and Cape Kiwanda.
