Report Details

We were informed by Westwind staff that a live trap had been set for a dog that had been roaming the beach for several months, living off a whale tale that had washed ashore. We saw the trap (see picture) but not the dog. We saw several dozen people access the beach from the Salmon River over the Labor Day weekend (we can see the beach from our home at Cascade Head Ranch), but the area was pristine with no signs of people having visited.
