Rather uneventful walk.
Report Details
Rather uneventful walk. Nice day. Most people were congregated at the north end of the mile on the beach at Seal Rock State Park. Noticed sand had moved away from the second beach to expose some cobbles.

Temperature: 50 F. Cloud Cover: Sunny. Wind Velocity: Moderate. Wind Direction: NW. Tide Level: 0.5 feet.

Number of people: 35. Number of dogs: 3. Photography: 3. Tidepooling: 20. Fishing: 3.
Vehicles
Notable Wildlife
Black oyster catchers, cormorants, gulls, crows, lots of anemones and stars
Beached Birds
Total dead birds: 2. one cormorant, the other I'm not sure of the species. It was black with a shorter neck, bill about 3 inches, orange
Driftline Content
Seaweeds and seagrass, Land-based debris (picnics, etc.), Ocean-based debris (from fishing boats, ship trash, etc.), Marine debris (plastic, styrofoam, etc. washing in from the sea), Shells, Styrofoam, Wood pieces.
