All in all the beach looks in good shape.

All in all the beach looks in good shape. There is a small amount of plastic debris and the tire. The carving on the cliff wall is in the same location as last year because there is access to the wall from the base of the cliff only at this point.
Conditions
Temperature: 58 F. Cloud Cover: Cloudy. Wind Velocity: Calm/Light. Wind Direction: SW. Tide Level: 2.0 feet.
Human Activities
Number of people: 31. Number of dogs: 4. Walking or running: 24. Playing in sand: 7. no apparent problems. One large group with teenagers jumping into a tide pool on the sand, parents taking pictures. Did not appear to disturb any organisms.

oyster catchers in a pair and a possible nest site observed.large rock with two denuded areas. The byssal threads were visible, suspect a log knocked them off during a storm.
