Report Details

Theme for today - Trash, Trash and more Trash. As usual, most of the trash was up against the dunes and the area underneath the sandstone cliffs. Found large pieces of molded plastic - perhaps belonging to a plastic shed or something similar. Also found lots of plastic water bottles, milk jugs, rope, small pieces of plastic and Styrofoam and a pile of clothes and fruit. Observed a very large log on top of the sand dune near the burnt area (from the fire last July) most likely from storm surge. It was nice to not see any dead birds today.
