Lots of debris with Japanese and Korean writing seen high up on the beach at the end of April. We went back with bags and cleaned up debris including many floats off the beach on May 1st.

Another glorious sunny winter day at Heceta Beach! The recent high tides have washed away most of the summer dunes that accumulate on the high beach in front of the vegetation zone. Just another day in paradise!
