South Jetty Siuslaw mile 168. 3 people walking, one dog. 3 vehicles seen on mile 168. 3 seagulls seen. one dead bird. In water off parking lot #6 saw surf scoters and common loons. 4 to 5 foot step in dune to beach in some areas. Cloudy, then light drizzle.
