We were on the beach for about three hours and saw no-one else other than the young man who was leaving as we arrived.

We were on the beach for about three hours and saw no-one else other than the young man who was leaving as we arrived. Due to incoming tide, and wanting to go back up the Spruce Creek trail, we did not walk the entire length of the beach. There seemed to be significantly less driftwood on the beach than usual at this time of year.

Number of people: 3. Walking or running: 3. Photography: 1. Other Activities: 1 collecting trash. Met a young man on the trail who visits the beach weekly to collect trash. This week he had a big bundle of old rope, two 5-gallon bags of assorted trash, a piece of rusty metal approx. 1'x2'6", and a smaller bag of plastic pieces and pellets (he estimated over 1000). Last week he found a Ford armrest and is tracing it through NOAA.
